Hammer Mill Shrepper

The machine is used to crush nuts-free fruits such as apples, pears, apricots, peaches, oranges and tomato. The product, broken by hammers rotating at high speed, passes through a perforated sheet metal placed at the bottom of the mill. The diameter of the holes varies according to the product to be obtained.

It is generally inserted in line, before the heating and refining phases in the puree process.

Entirely made of STAINLESS STEEL. Rotor consisting of a central shaft on which fixed hammers are installed. Perforated sieve in stainless steel easily replaceable. Direct transmission with flexible joint between motor and rotor shaft.
